Hi Shaon,

Unfortunatelly I can’t give you access to our live site and our test site did have download manager installed but as we can’t have 2 licenses running at the same time, it has been deactivated. I can give you access to our test site but need to sort the 2 licenses issue.

Please advise.

It’s ok. I’ll leave it as it is. I’m not using popup link for anything else. I just wanted to open youtube videos on a modal popup but as you said this is impossible so I will find another way.

Ok if this is not an option then my other post about the popup_link not working doesn’t matter anymore. I was trying to get the [popup_link] shortcode to open the video.

Yes I have the latest version.

I have installed the short-code add-on and now I see the link is create but still not working.

This is the html code generated
