Support is offered via a support license key. Purchasing a support license key gives you access to our support forums and documentation. Purchasing a developer support license gives you access to our Priority Support Ticket system.

Do I have a support license key by purchasing Download Manager Pro?
Or can / must I get it somewhere else? If yes, where?

Hi,
again another day is over and NO reply.
This is not the way to treat paying customers!!!!!
I also sent my questions to your support -> no answer at all.
Very, very disappointing.

is there any chance to get an anwer?
A few days ago I sent the same request by email.
Neither here in the forum nor via email I got an answer.
As I saw other requests were answered.
