Selecting ‘Disable Bootstrap JS’ has no effect – still get the spinning wheel.
Selecting ‘Disable Bootstrap CSS’ breaks the styling – still get the spinning wheel.
Selecting ‘Disable Font Awesome’ has no effect – still get the spinning wheel.
Selecting ‘Disable Front CSS’ also breaks the styling and bypasses the form lock so it’s not possible to download.

It’s any package with the Form Lock.
Thank you for checking. After filling in the form, it’s still displaying the spinning wheel for me and the download button is not appearing.
Sorry for the slow reply – we do not want to use different forms so have added the fix suggested by Genestial which seems to work well.

The Form Lock plugin is on there and has been updated to the latest version, along with the download manager plugin.
Still getting same error and download button not appearing in Chrome.

Updating form lock plugin seems to remove it from the site completely. The Form Lock option no longer appears in ‘lock options’.

After filling in the form and clicking the Submit details button, the button to download does not appear, instead this appears:

The plugin worked perfectly until recent updates to WordPress, WPDM and Form Lock plugins. Changing to Twenty Twenty-One theme still gave the same error. This implies that the issue is with the Form Lock. Please can you kindly check again.
I noticed on the WPDM forum that another user ‘Rowan Griffiths’ was getting the same error message as us (May 4th 2021). Was that issue resolved?

We can now delete downloads – thank you very much for looking at that.
The Form Lock still doesn’t work even after switching themes to the basic ‘Twenty Twenty-One’ and deactivating all other plugins (except Contact Form 7 which we use for forms).
The same error message still shows. The Form Lock worked perfectly, possibly before the WordPress 5.7.2 update.
