Hi Chris, There has been no contact with us from their developer, and we did not get it working.

Sorry, that is not clear, and looks the same as what I have already tried.

Please show the exact path from the Themes folder where the Templates and Views should go.
For example should it go under download-manager or a different folder?

This does NOT work:
wp-content/themes/{my-active-theme}/download-manager/src/Templates/Simple/views

This does NOT work:
wp-content/themes/{my-active-theme}/wpdm-archive-page/src/Templates/Simple/views

It is one site, just multiple domains.

It is a Single Site license.
We only wish to use it on one site, however, we need it to work on a dev and live domain.

By organization I mean the company that a subscriber may belong to.

Where should we look to customise?
Is there documentation?
Can this be done in a theme or template?

Example, we need to be able to show in a report (for particular timeframes):

  • User1 had this many downloads and these specific downloads
  • User2 had this many downloads and these specific downloads
  • Organisation1 (User1 and User2 are members of Organisation1) had this many combined downloads

We would also like to be able to track downloads by category and tag, is this possible?
