Thanks
This issue is not resolved. cleared cache and cookies tried on multiple browsers and the issue PERSISTS.
You said it’s working but it isn’t. It is still doing the same thing with the double download
This is not a browser issue. The same problem happens in both chrome and edge browsers. Can you please hand this over to someone who can help me? I need this issue solved I cannot build a site with thousands of downloads without recaptcha enabled and I do not want my visitors to have this double download glitch happening to them it is bad user experience.
I already disabled all plugins to check to see if a conflict was causing it and that did not fix the issue. I also tried with several vanilla wordpress themes and same issue.
I prefer not to share my URL as my website is of an adult nature. ‘
It is pretty clear as I have said.
When I enable the recaptcha lock on a download package clicking on any download link for that package on front end results in a new tab opening and two simultaneous downloads initiating for the same file after completing the captcha and clicking “download”. It is like the new tab initiates a download and also the original tab as well.
Without the recaptcha lock enabled on the download packages everything works fine, clicking the download button gives an intsant download no new tab opening now double downloads..

Hi, okay i figured it out… you have to restrict it in the category edit screen. Thanks.
I just realized that you didnt assign a category to your test post. Once a category is assigned it no longer blocks users. So.. why is that?
i forgot to make it private please delete or set as private once you copy credentials
Thanks!
Thanks, but if I want to change that grey color to something else how would I do it? To better match my color scheme.
I am using the same theme as in your demo ATTIRE theme and i look at your demo and the categories on the side are visible with dark background. https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page-default/
but on my site using attire theme and WPDM like i said text is white and background white can barely see them.
the style.css file appears to be empty of any styling codes..?
I am using the attire theme. You guys use it for a demo so maybe you can figure out where I am to put your custom CSS suggestion.
