Thanks, but I installed a different plugin yesterday—which works fine—and am moving on. I simply don’t have time to wait an entire day between responses. It ends up being strung out over weeks, and I can’t wait that long for a resolution.

I’m sorry, but this support ticket has been going on nearly 2 weeks and I simply don’t have time to continue going back and forth. I’m going to have to switch to an alternative plugin. To say the least I’m disappointed, considering we paid for the Pro version of your plugin. It shouldn’t take this long to resolve a ticket.

Files would not upload to that directory after selecting it from “Attach Dir” (/uploads/download-manager-files/), so I placed the files in that directory via FTP. There is now a file size (890.46 KB) indicated, HOWEVER, when I attempt to open the zip file it converts to .cpgz rather than open it.

I did. I created a completely new package, re-uploading files. Still no luck.

Says I have v4.1.6 and doesn’t indicate that there is a plugin update available… How would I update?
