It seems for me it’s a bug on my file, I replaced it with a zip file in place of a pdf and now it works…
Sorry for my previous info, I was wrong, the zip file seems to be incomplete or corrupted aswell.

I got the same problem. And I’m on 4.1.6. This problem is really annoying because it’s on our downloadable new catalog and everybody try to download it now…. Need help urgently
