I am still waiting for an answer or suggestions on what to do. Because Elementor team is saying that the problem is from your side and if you don’t know how to deal with a problem you should contact them. So I see no one is accountable for the problem and I am left alone? In that case, for me is to search for alternatives for download management. Because it’s a smaller part of the site. I really like WP Download Manager and I am willing to use it but the circumstances are pushing me to search for an alternative. :/
Yep, it was elementor so what should I do? And I think that’s not the case because a lot of users use elementor. And only some pdf files affected other downloads as they should.
Only when I Click the download button nothing happens.
This time after deactivating Simple SSL nothing changed. But I’ve noticed when I copy the download link manually file downloads.
Also, I noticed that when the link ends with “&refresh=64dc7b24aeb891692171044” the download won’t start. After deleting that ending download starting as usual and everything is fine. Maybe this is the case? If yes how to manage that?
Yes, they are the same. But the problem still exists.
Yes because the problem is not solved ๐ and SSL can’t be turned off ๐
Strange but when it was deactivated problem was solved, and when I activated and configured SSL, problem comes back.
This is because Realy simple SSL was deactivated. Let me check.
I was logged in because our client called us that the web page is messed up ๐ and I saw that you changed to the default theme and the element was turned off, at that moment all downloads worked fine. And I understood that the Elementor is the cause. Yes? So what should I do?
Did you find the problem? What causing it?
What should I check? ๐ The login should work for you ๐
Hi, where is TPL folder after the last update is gone?
