I figured out the issue. I had to deactivate WPDM – Custom Access Level.

I was a little shocked to see that your original way to handle this was to just deactivate all my plugins and leave it like that. I am glad this wasn’t added to something that was live.

The plugin that is stopping it from working properly is Membermouse. The whole reason I choose this download plugin was because you had integration with Membermouse.

Any ideas why it’s not working with Membermouse? If it doesn’t work with Membermouse then it is not going to work for me.
