Hi,

Thanks. I finally succeeded with integration, your new version 2.1.1. helped. Showing that redirect URI was good in new version.

However:

– I was not able to update that addon directly from Download Manager -> Settings – Zoho CRM… updating failed. So I needed to go to WP -> Plugins and uninstall the old version and the installed the new version.

– Secondly, in your instructions you write:

7. Now click “Create” button and you should see “Client ID” and “Client Secret”.
8. Use them on wpdm settings page “Step #2”

I did this first and replaced thee default ClientID and Client secret with the ones from Zoho API page, but it gave an error on WP / Download Manager side.

So I reinstalled your WPDM-Zoho addon again and just pushed that connect button and now it worked. I do not why or how, but it did.

We do have some Zoho Forms plugin earlier installed on the WP page, so could it get correct key automatically?

Hello again,

Although I was not able to install WPDM – ZOHO CRM from Download Manager -> Addons / Updates (Like it worked for Elementor Addons), I was able to install it to from WP Plugins. So I guess that installation part is now solved.

Now I should try to get it connected…

Do you have any instructions how to create e.g. correct “Authorized Redirect URIs” in Zoho API console?

Hello,

Thanks, but unfortunately it did not work. This time it did not freeze the whole admin panel, but…

I was able to download the latest version from our WP -> Download Manager -> Settings -> Updates. It downloaded the latest version (2.1.0) and I pushed “Install”. It shows confirmation “Success!”, I push Save, but nothing has changed. When I return back to Updates page, there is again “Install” button again. So it seems that the WPDM – ZOHO CRM add-on is not really installed.

I tried to same thing with free “Elementor Addons” and after installation it shows correctly “Updated” text.

The error we received when we tried to install WPDM – ZOHO CRM .zip to our WP plugins is:

Sorry, I misunderstood your web page info in the beginning:
It seems that your Download Manager Pro / Business does NOT integrate directly with Zoho CRM Lead MagnetWP / Zoho Forms, but I need to buy “WPDM – ZOHO CRM” Leads module also to your Download Manager Pro (39 USD). So I now bought that extra WPDM – ZOHO CRM plugin and downloaded the zip file.

However, when I tried to install that WPDM – ZOHO CRM .zip file to our WordPress plugins, the whole WP Admin page came un-accessable.

Do you have any instructions:
– How to solve the issue?
– How to install WPDM – ZOHO CRM correctly?
– How to use WPDM – ZOHO CRM module with Download Manager Pro / Business?
