Thanks for the reply but I wish you had read my post.
This is the original issue:
“We were using the free version 2.5.6 until it quit working. That happened suddenly when you we would create a package and a green box appeared in the top right corner with no words in it. The package was never created”
I did what just told me to do prior:
“So we decided to purchase the Pro version on Thursday. I followed the instructions to install and downloaded the WPDM to transfer the data. However it says it transferred it but nothing actually shows up.”
Packages still couldn’t be created with the new version. So I went back to the old version
“All the previous posts no longer have any packages attached to them. So I downgraded back the the free version which shows the old packages with the posts but we can’t do anything else due to the initial issues.”
So now I have the old data but the program is not working. I see a lot of other people having trouble so it may be related to WordPress 3.7.1 but I would like to know if you had any ideas. At this point we neither version works.
