Where can I turn off auto-renew? Where can I cancel a subscription? Where can I delete my stored credit card information?

I don’t use this plugin anymore and was surprised to see a charge show up and no way to turn it off. It’s very dishonest and you should be ashamed of yourselves for using a tactic like this.

Fix this and reverse the charges.

I’m going to have to hold off on that. The set of downloads I’m working with is in heavy use right now, and I can’t have any downtime. I’ll circle back when this burst of activity is over.

It’s really unhelpful to mask the solutions to this problems. Do I really need to open a new ticket, when the answer might be right here?
