Thank you for your response. Before I try your suggestion, I need to clarify that I am upgrading from version 2.5 to 4.0 pro. How do I proceed? Do I deactivate the older version first or do I just install the new one as you suggested? How do I get the files from the old version over to the Pro version? Is that the reason for the other two files that came in the zip with the purchase? Thank you for your help. I really need to get this resolved quickly.
Do these same instructions apply to upgrading from Download Manager v. 2.579 to Pro. 4.0?

– download (single link on far right will download all three files in a zip)
If you succeed in installation let me know. I am getting a failure in installation because “no valid plugins were found”
