It was difficult for me to test as I never personally had the error but it was reported by multiple users on multiple browsers/networks for pages such as the following: https://ecgstampede.com/curriculum/how-to-read-ecgs/
It did not occur on other pages, only occurred when downloading a file and has been reported as resolved by multiple users after upgrading plugins which is unfortunate as this cost an additional $110 that I wasn’t planning to spend.
