Did not find any update today 🙂 I still don’t think we mean the same thing.

I have changed the download-button etc. This template is not an option in the page you refeer to.

I can create a template on Downloads > Templates > Page templates. When I upload a document, I can choose Page Template and Link Template. I want to change default Page Template from “Single Column, Extended, AudioPack” to one of my own templates.
In Downloads > Settings > Display Settings > Page Template (which you refer to), none of these options show.
