Looks like the Image URL is set as:
http://www.carlsonsw.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/timthumb.php?w=400&h=300&zc=1&src=http://www.carlsonsw.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/CarlsonTakeoffSuite2014iconRGB.png

But if it was just as follows, would work fine:

Go to “My Orders” page and click thru the link. Then see:

Also, the Preview images are all broken. Even after resetting them. Again, none of these things are an issue with the Free version.

I sent wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com on July 11th. I also installed 3.3.8 and still have no luck.

Two days, no word, help! This error causes all my download links to be broken.
