When I try to download package files, it actually gives me a jquery error and says 404 not found. I tried using the version of jquery bundled with wordpress 4.1 as well as an updated jquery library version 2.13. Neither work and both give the same error.

I am using 4.2. The problem is still occuring. Also, when i try to download packages or individual files, I get urls like this (?wpdmdl=3789&ind=RmFtaWx5TGV0dGVyQUJDRmViMjAxNS5wZGY) and the files don’t download. They’re on the server, I checked my ftp.
