Update to my original post…the license key still says invalid, but the plugin still works. Also, I ended installing this plugins free DropBox add-on, which fixed the file upload problem. It uploads and downloads so fast now! I would still like to know why the license key says invalid though. Thank you!

Update…this was due to either user error, old phone software (the user tried to download from an old phone), or by me updating the package after adding the button.

Zipping my files in my PC before uploading them works. So, that does seem to be the problem. Thank you!

I’m going to reply to my own post, since I don’t see a way to delete it…It looks like all zip files use lossless compression.
