Yes we will use an external app to create the QR codes, but i need to know how i make sure the links generated in WPDM are fixed and will not change?

Ok so i have got the colour on the categories to look how i want. Now i need to change the text to match and update the link templates.
However for some reason when clicking a download you do not get the Subscribe to download box which you should get as i have locked the downloads to email as per the downloand on http://showmyfps.com/ap/air-pressure-stabilisers/

Hi Shaon we have done this but it has not helped.
I Have also disabled the NextGen Gallery Plugin and the issue still remains.
Infact i have disabled all the plugins and the issue still remains.

We have the same issue here on our website too.

I done this yesterday morning and no response, we need to sort out our website as no one can download anything from it at the moment which is not good! and we are getting very close to removing this software and trying a different one as there seems to be little customer support, which we can not afford.
