Hey there!
The issue is still not fixed. I’m using Safari and my colleague is using Chrome and it does not finish downloading. What did you do to try to fix? Do you think it’s a cache issue?
Thanks in advance.

We do not use wp-rocket but are hosted at WPEngine. I cleared that cache, but we still seem to be having the same issue. Some files download, and some do not. I’d be happy to send a screen of the results.
Thanks!

I am having a similar issue — I just purchased a new “business” license key because our old one had expired. I didn’t have any trouble updating the key on the first website, but my second website is giving me an “invalid key” error when I try to enter the new key in the WPDM settings.

Thank you, Shaon! That did the trick, and everything seems to be back to normal now.

We have a lot of files and time invested in the WPDM Pro — has the v3.3.8 installer package that is included with the WPDM Business been patched for this security hole? The site that uses this version has been hacked but the alternate site that used the newer version from the get-go has not. If it hasn’t been patched, can you please provide a patched version? Thank you.

If this is the case, is implementing redirects to point old URLs to new URLs a viable solution to ensure that any links that I miss continue to work until I find and fix all of them? We are using this tool all over our site, and have a ton of inline links directly to download packages as well as individual files inside download packages. Thoughts?
