We’ll give this a try, but it’s odd because we haven’t installed any new plugins lately and it was working perfectly up until now. I don’t believe we use ThickBox on our site but I’ll take a look at this and our other plugins and give this approach a try. Appreciate the suggestion.

We have had the same problem with one of our sites. It’s got password protected content so I can’t share the link here, but it’s the exact same issue. Please help.
