I am repeatedly saying I am following the structure defined in the sample csv as well as in the documentation however the title is not being imported at all. I would expect that you are at least able to test and debug it and identify what is causing the problem. Please can you do this?

I have to say that I am very disappointed with the type of response and level of support provided here with these generic replies.

I don’t understand why the description column would be mandatory? What if I have a file which doesn’t have any description?

Also, you haven’t answered my first point about the title not being imported at all??

There are two problems:

1) The title is not being imported for ANY row – it just imports as “(no title)”.
2) Row 304 is an example of one which is being skipped completely.

I have tried to do that to the best of my ability and everything looks correct – are you able to identify what is incorrect so I can fix it?
