I have updated via the link, but this has not fixed the issue described.
Before this morning I was using Version 5.0.95 but I have now updated to the latest version.
since the update, the issue is still there.

Can you please provide an update on this? We really need a fix for this as it’s costing us quite a lot of opportunity and obviously we’ve paid for this plugin + add ons.

Robert.pechey@thermosphere.com is not the email address you entered? – you entered your own in the email field. – this is also not tested in incognito mode, where no email address pulls through at all.

if you go to the page in an incognito tab and download something (so basically any new user on the site) it does not send through though.
so this isn’t working for our customers. Please try that?

i used the button class: “wpdm-download-link wpdm-download-locked” and use the custom attribute “data-package=XXXXX”
I have realised that this is working however I don’t want the whole download page and only the button itself so I can add it as a button on a page in elementor (as part of a technical downloads page https://www.thermosphere.com/downloads/). I have tried copying the button class and then used a custom attribute but it is not working. – are you able to advise please?

It was blank, I have now filled it in and set the future date for 3 year time, cleared my cache but it is still happening.
