Any thoughts at all or am I completely on my own?

Does anyone have any suggestions on this, My client is flipping out over the IE issue and I really need some sort of explanation. I tried deactivating the plugin and re-activating it, however there is no change. Removed the plugin from the server entirely and re-installed it and nothing changed. Is there anything else I could try?
