It doesn’t work on my site, I’ve just tried to reply to a subscriber with a link and it didn’t convert to a html.

Previously when we used to receive a private message it would say from noreplythehoxtontrend.com
This is what we want the emails to say when the subscriber receives them from us so that they can’t reply via email. Why has this changed?
I am now receiving reply emails but when they come from a subscriber it is showing that it has come from the site admin email which is digitalbranddesign.co.uk please can you fix this ASAp as it should come from a Noreplythehoxtontrend.com email address. Why does your plugin never work properly, please can you tell me why?!! I have spent so much time going back and forth with you guys and now I am extremely annoyed. I need you to fix all my problems with this plugin immediately!!!

1. Sending links is our number one reason why we have chosen to use this plugin, our whole business relies on links being sent out. When will this be fixed as this is a key component for us.

4. Massive issue for us just like the link issue. We need to be able to sign one email as Admin and this can’t be mine because I am the Director and I don’t want everyone have access to my login details, they have not been given full access to wordpress, so we need to be able to change it from my email address which is andrewi@thehoxtontrend.com

Hi Shahjada, there are numerous issues we have come across now.
1) Can’t send a link when replying to someone from both admin and subscriber area, it just comes up as normal text and no option to send as a link
2) Can’t attach file when replying to someone, the attach button doesn’t work in reply only works in compose
3) We only get an email notification when a subscribers composes a message for the first time, I don’t get any email notifications when a subscriber replies to my message
3) Attachment doesn’t work in Safari on both mobile and desktop
4) The only person who can reply from admin to subscribers is this email user andrewi@thehoxtontrend.com how do we change the admin email for this private message plugin as we will have multiple admin users replying to subscribers
Please let us know asap when these issues will be fixed.
We have downloaded and updated the plugin. When we ask for password reset now we do get a link on the email but it does not work, doesn’t do anything when clicked.

We have used a plugin called WP Mail SMTP and did a test through that and we get a test email from the website, so i would say configuration is fine but we still don’t get any email for password reset?
Yes as you can see we are missing the part where you reply, there is no where for us to reply. Pmease fix ASAP!
We don’t require design adjustments, what’s wrong with you Nayeem! We just want the backend to look like yours, currently we are missing the section where you can reply to the visiter, that is the only thing that is missing from our backend. Everything is the same as your backend just missing the part where we can reply to the visiter.
Please fix this, we have sent you all the screenshots and explained this multiple times, check you notes, we even created a page for you to see the difference. So you need to fix this ASAP!!
