I switched to version 5.1.6. Faulty orders of version 5.1.7 still exist. Hope future orders do not have this error.
Have you tried with a specific payment method?
I had the same problem as you (but I use Paypal), It not working on my PC laptop and Mobile phones (different browsers).
My temporary solution is to use 1 virtual machine with VMware workstation.

I also wrote “Allowed file types to upload” but after update v5.1.7 it’s not working now. I tried deleted file type (Keep it Empty), but issue not resolve.
Thank you! I have also seen many members on this forum having the same problem as me, I think the plugin is working unstable, the update is necessary. I will wait.

I added the ID/Secret sandbox, but it still doesn’t work. This error appears on 30% of my customers, the other 70% my customers is still working fine.
Looks like V1 SDK is outdated deprecated.

This problem only occurs on some devices, 3/10 of my customers are getting this error so I have to create a manual invoice (Paypal) for them.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried, and no longer receive email notifications. But then I get a lot of error messages from “WP Email SMTP” plugin.
I think, should allow admin to enable or disable these email notifications to reduce smtp quota (gmail/sendinble/sendgrid free plan limmit 100email/day).
I’m using “WP SMTP Pro”, it allows to enable or disable these email notifications, but it doesn’t work for WPDM
I have the same problem as you. To fix the empty order creation error, try creating a new order on another device (smartphone/other pc). However, paying with Paypal will still be very difficult. v6 is bad update.

Thank you for your understanding, I was very worried about this issue. A few other members here had the same problem as me. I will wait for the new updated version.
I tried disable all plugins, then active only WPDL + Premium Packages Sell Digital Products Securely, but that didn’t fix the problem. Please help
