Hy Shaon … I have found the problem !!
It’s a incompatibility with the Plugin “THE EVENT CALENDAR”.

I have the same Problem …I have upgrading to 4.1.8 version and I can’t ADD or UPDATE packages.

I Have this structure in wordpress:
Administrator – Author – Editor ….
I have installed another plugin ( WP Client )
This Plugin Create some Users ( WP Client – WP manager – Wp Admin … )
If I’m loggin in with some of this user ( WP Client – WP manager – Wp Admin … ) I can’t see WPDM in the Admin Menu.
I want that the user WP Admin can be also the Admin of WPDM …thanks for help !

You have say: “you need to upload using wpdm” …can you explain me please how ?
