Thank you for the reply. The site is already migrated. The issue was with “WPDM – Page Template” No sure why, but it was creating an issue.

Thank you @nayeem_riddhi but that tool only allows for us to sort based on categories and tags.. Is there no way to sort based on custom fields? We are using your ACF plugin already.

@humayon Thank you for your reply. I think the last time it was update was September or August.. I followed the directions in that section:

Pre-designed templates can’t be deleted or edited from this section. But you can clone any of them and edit as your own. If you seriously want to edit any pre-designed template you have to edit those directly edting php files at /download-manager/templates/ dir”

These directions are outdated since those files moved but I found post in this forum where the real path was provided by a moderator.

Is the more sustainable way to clone an existing template and use that? I am ok with that but I do not see how to apply that to all downloads (we have more that 200 now) quickly.

Thank you,

Tim

Thank you @tanvirw3eden. I have updated to 6.0.6 and the issue is still persistent. I have tested on a blank page and still no results populate after I hit enter or apply filter.

Thank you for the help. The only thing that fixed it was switching the theme to one of the WordPress defaults. After it loaded, we were able to switch it to our preferred theme.
