Can’t translate this plugin… I use locotranslate and set the translation to be “Custom” or “Author” or “System” but no strings are translated…
I’m displaying the download categories inside siteorigin accordion widgets in a page, so I can’t have a shortcode redirect. So I need a redirect to a page after login.
I create a package and make it so that it has the viewing rights of Subscriber and Superadmin. My site is Finnish so I think that it doesn’t recognize my rights when I then try to access the package as “Pääkäyttäjä” (Superadmin) and the package layout is single column with doc preview. When I change the viewing rights to all visitors the preview and everything works correctly.
Try to change a test sites language to something else than english and then create package that has the layout of single column with doc preview, the viewing rights set as something else than all visitors. Then try to view the package and it will say “You don’t have the rights to download this item”, but the downloading link still works. Just not the .pdf preview of the package or when trying to open to a new window.
If you can’t do the error then I’ll set up a dummy site instead of a live customer site.
My problem: Can’t translate the Edit user page Fieldnames or the Save changes button, allso the logout menu item isn’t translateable and the download history title… The translation strings aren’t there! GOT a temporary fix to put files in my child template folder, but still no fix
I was given an answer that the fix should’ve come 2 weeks ago. Pretty rude from my point to not inform of any delays or anything…
I’d really need those strings ASAP cause i’ve bought the plugin and need this up and running yesterday. Can you please give me an estimate on how long will it take for the strings to appear?
It says in the plugin info that it’s FULLY translateable? Apparently it isn’t at the moment so…

I had the free version installed before updated to the pro version. I just deleted the free and installed the pro version.
Also it doesn’t recognize installed plugins anymore when going to the add ons section nor install new ones.
