I’m really not comfortable playing around with the sites php code.
I see in the template variables it shows [thumb_url_WxH] – preview thumbnail with specified width and height if available,l eg: [thumb_700x400] will show 700px × 400px image preview and – returns preview thumbnail url with specified width and height if available,l eg: [thumb_url_700x400] will return 700px × 400px image preview url
Please this is getting very frustrating and time consuming. Why can’t I just get a short code for what I’ve requested so I can paste it in a website page?
I’m getting frustrated with what should have been a simple plugin, I can’t preview any of the templates???
1. I don’t want the large image that is placed above the smaller image/thumbnail – to me that makes no sense to have a preview twice.
2. I want to use a shortcode that only includes the smaller thumbnail and download info and button (as per the template, without the large image/thumbnail above it – so I can add it to a page I’ve built on the website and not use the Download Manager page
3. Is there a shortcode available? If so where do I find it?
Currently I have it on “2 columns, image left” but it shows a massive preview image at the top then another preview below (smaller version) with the option to download below the smaller preview. I can’t seem to add a screen grab to this thread of ours so I hope you are understanding?
I just want to show the small preview of the download, with the download button and the info below – I want to add this section to a page on the site. Does that help?

My client has asked I change the look of the layout of the email lock download page. Is it possible I just use a shortcode, if so where would I find this?

I don’t want the viewer taken away from the website once they’ve downloaded, so definitely chat to your developers about fixing this please.

I’ve managed to remove the email notification off at least – not sure why it automatically went back on?
The issues still remain in points 2 and 3…
Another thing I noticed, when downloading the file, it doesn’t open it in a new window (I have it set to open in a new window under basic settings) instead it opens in the same window and takes one away from the site?

There is definitely something wrong, I’ve just downloaded the file – using two different email addresses and neither of the emails are reflecting.
