What the hell is happening with this? I’m furious now and you are causing massive problems on my website!
I’m now getting errors with link-expired.txt – nothing but problems since I purchased this for my site and you continue to not reply to me and not provide a fix.
STILL no update?
Any news on an update for this yet, some of the reviews that have been posted on other websites about my website having these issues are appalling – I need this fixed ASAP!
Fixed this myself although my other issues are still outstanding. Looking forward to the update soon.
Just an update to this…
I have so far deleted the package and recreated it. I have used upload, URL and file browser to the file. I have renamed the file. I have deactivated all my plugins, I have updated all plugins, themes etc. I have deatcivated the Download Manager plugin. I have regenerated the download key. I have cleared the cache – still it is not working.
The LinkedIn button remains blank when you hover over it and the Twitter Follow just downloads a text file which I have attached.
This is happening on ALL of our downloads.
This is now causing us very serioud problems and needs resolving ASAP.
When is this “update” going to be released? not happy I’ve spent money on this and I’ve had to change my entire site template to fit in around it?
