Bit more of an update. I’m using the Hueman theme and when I turn off the image load on scroll with DM v4.6.0 installed, the images show, but only two downloads work out of around 100. All the others just show a blank page or show nothing at all.

If I just scroll back on, all the images disappear….

I have reverted back to DM v4.5.6 and all images and downloads are working again.

I have cleared my caches and CDN’s but still the same.

At the moment I am running php 5.4 and DM v4.5.6 and it works apart from the Twitter follow and LinkedIn parts not working.

I have updated to php v5.4 but when i load DM v4.6.0, some downloads work, most just disappear, no 404, just a completely blank page. But also, ALL the images on my site (including ones within posts etc) disappear as well which is very strange.

Its a production site, so no staging server.

Any update on this? I currently have the option of using v4.5.6 and the downloads not working correctly or v4.6.0 where it removes most of my downloads and images from my entire site!!

Shall I just wait another two months for a reply?

I have just updated my site to php v5.4 again and working fine with version 4.5.6. However, when I put it to v4.6.0 – most of my downloads disappear and all the images on my site disappear! Removed v4.6.0 and reinstalled v4.5.6 on php v5.4 and all working again…

I’ve put my site back to v4.5.6 and its up again now. i changed my site to php v5.4 and most of my images disappeared from my site so need to stick with v5.3.

FYI – I am on PHP v5.3 and it needs to stay on this version.

Can you either fix very quickly or provide a download link for v4.5.6 which at least sort of works.

This is MEGA URGENT for me.

OK, this has now gone far enough. I am now getting visitors to my site complaining that they are getting “link-expired.txt” as well as all the other issues.

You can expect to hear from our lawyers shortly.

Still waiting for a fix and not even bothered to respond to my PayPal claim either. Had to escalate it within PayPal.

They haven’t even responded to my PayPal claim! I’ve now had to escalate it to PayPal themselves to sort out.

I’m currently running testing on one on a test blog to see if its any good, only got as far as researching and installing so far but looks like it might do the job for me. All I really need is the social media locks for my downloads rather than anything else so not sure it would suit your needs, but take a look at OnePress Social Locker – https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-locker/

I’m still waiting a reply, update, even a “sorry we are still looking into it” but nothing. I’ve taken it up with PayPal and I’m going to have to spend weeks fixing my site by implementing a new download manager. Worse decision I made going with this unsupported plugin.

What a surprise – I have been having the EXACT same issues and have been waiting six weeks for a fix. This needs sorting RIGHT NOW.
