Issue is that file was generated by automated system which made flagged detection of file type file regardless of the filename. Content was generated in one format (pythonscript export) then converted to word – so the system didn’t recognize it as being 100% the file type. Even with it being a .docx that could be opened — seen in all documentation readers as .docx.
