1. image #2 is missing.

2. You have to modify download-manager->templates->link-template-default.php. You can remove unnecessary options from the file.

Just like any other plugin installation, you can install any add-on. Simply, go to your admin Plugin->Add New->Upload Plugin section.Here you have to upload Add-on zip file, than install plugin and after that activate plugin. That’s all. Thanks.

It is not possible with the plugin but you have to modify the plugin code. You have to make query to do that.

Your player is working Loading.. . It didn’t work because in Package Settings Allow Individual File Download was disabled.

You can not upload file more than 10mb because your server maximum file upload size is 10mb. Please increase server maximum file upload size.

Please use the add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ and generate short-code to your theme text widget. It will fix your issue.

May be it is happening because of font-awesome. You need to remove font-awesome by going to download-manager->functions.php and find out wp_enqueue_style('font-awesome', WPDM_BASE_URL.'font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css'); (line no # 1509) than remove it. Thanks
