When I readout plugin description and it is saying.
“when user will enter their email address to download the package the email automatically will be added to your selected MailChimp list.”

According to above desc. Will I need to setup email input? before downloading where they already logged in as a subscriber to my website.

Actually, In my website, Only Subscribers can download package. First, they register themself with some more information then they can download package after login to my website and all these processes are handling by Download manager plugin along with registering and logging functionality.

It will work like, when subscriber logged in then it will not ask for email address on download package but it fetches that subscriber ID who downloaded and store in MailChimp list?

I have one more query, I did some customization in plugin files, on update plugin my customization gets lost. Can you please help on it how can I prevent to overwrite them on update plugin.

I just found User Signup Notification but it goes to user.

Admin is not receiving mail on new user registered.

When New user register notification should send for both user and admin. How to do this.

Thanks for the updates. Now it is working but there is another issue is generated as given below:

1. After submitting the registration form it redirects to /wp-admin login page for end-users. Earlier it was redirecting to frontend login page https://cigwpstaging.wpengine.com/login/ which is the WPDM login form.

How can I redirect from the registration to the front-end login page instead of the wp-admin login page?

Is there any way to allow the username with Chinese character?

Please use this information to signup as given below in Chinese:

First name: 我们
last name: 我们
username: 我们
Email: try with any email so you can check mail as well
Company Name: XYZ
Job Title: XYZ
Phone Number: try with any number

After submitting the registration, form just will keep loading and WPDM will send an mail with a username and password. When you check by login with the same information then it will not work because the user not be registered at the backend. This issue happens when the form submits with Chinese characters.

I have checked in dasbhoard->Users and didn’t found user registered with username: testusesrss
