Hi Nayeem,
The link you provide shows how to create a user with full s3 access.
As stated in my original post, I want to give access to one bucket, and one bucket only.
What are the permissions required to do this and allow your plugin to continue functioning?
Thank you
Hello,
We have been doing more testing, and disabling caching has no effect.
We noticed the is_logged_in() function in the plugin is returning false, although the user has logged in.
Hi,
I have updated the WPDM Pro plugin on that environment to version 6.0.8 but the issue still persists.
Unfortunately these Pantheon test sites do not allow FTP access, but you should be able to at least view all the theme files in WordPress with Appearance > Theme Editor.
Thanks
Hi,
We are using custom roles to restrict access along with the WPDM plugin. The access to files is restricted in our templates based on user role.
I have added administrator access to your test account again.
Additionally, we have these test sites on Pantheon, with our WPDM Pro license, but I notice these sites aren’t listed in our account on here.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your reply.
We are using the latest version of WPDM Pro.
I followed your settings to clear the plugin cache, but the issue still persists for some users.
Thank you Shahjada,
I’ve discovered that our host Pantheon is not passing the cookie to the application which is why it is being set for every request. They have specific naming-conventions for cookies.
In any case, can I disable that cookie altogether? Setting the cookie on a user’s first visit is preventing the page from being loaded from cache.
Thank you
Hi Nayeem,
The only cache plugin we use is WP Redis. I deactivated that and flushed the cache and still see the same behavior.
Thank you.
