Found the text string in the latest version of Download Manager “4.9.8”. It was not included in the previous version.
Anyway. Thanks for the help.

4.7.4 is installed!
The icons are in the folder /file-type-icons/ but it is the same icon for doc.svg and docx.svg and other similar icons.
I would like to have .svg icons with the text DOCX, XLSX and PPTX.

But there are no .svg images with the text docx, xlsx or pptx???
