It won’t expire because my order is in auto-renew. Also, I don’t want to it to expire. I use this plugin, and don’t want to cause any interruptions to the service because it expired. Please provide another method for changing the billing card.
My order is to be renewed in the next months and I’ve been trying to change it for some time now, and always get the error.
I got that error in the inspect:

I directly uploaded from my download area in my wpdm web dashboard, I suppose is the last version but nothing still the same error, I get the {{ message.from_name }} [ RE#{{ message.last_message }} ] {{ message.post_title }} {{ message.post_date }} message in the message dashboard
Sorry but your updates interface is not working, when I updated in the plugins page, the link send me to your setting dashboard and then when i click on update, the plugin desapear…any idea?

Yes I saw the doc, but I don’t have a thumbnail for each image only the file, I want to know how to generate the thumbnail from the preview of the original image, is there a way? Or a plugin?
Also I like to know if there is a way to make a bulk edit to change several package from standard view link and page template to Card vertical link template and image gallery template? Thks Right now i’m doing it one by one…
Hi! I am importing a lot of image into a gallery with the archive addon to be able to filter. But It`s important to see the image preview. So I use the template vertical card, BUT, I have to manually set the featured image myself? Is there any way to generate a preview of the image and set as featured image? Thanks
Ok thanks for the quick reply, but in the example I don´t see a way to show image preview instead of icons and button, is there a way to show with these addon, a view of advanced search with category and in the right a card view with preview of image? I want to just make a media download manager Thanks!
I understood the first time this link is the same smaple that shows the plattform…But still, why if I EXPORT FROM YOUR PLUGIN, then I have myself TO CHANGE ALL STRUCTURE TO IMPORTE TO YOUR PLUGIN? It`s a premium features and I don´t see where is the simplicity. Is there other way to joust import and export like any other plugin have? Thanks
Hi, the export csv I get from the plugin, is not the same structure the plugin need when imported (I downloaded the sample csv to check) so when I want to import the categories It stay on 1%….any solution? Thks
