Wow, what a pain. I have tons of files.
Will the existing categories be kept? Or do I have to create them over again?

My site is a bit custom. I copy the link generated by the embed document shortcode and paste it in a custom field inside my post. This generates graphic links. Will I have to do anything with all those links or will they still work?

Hi, that’s great for using on pages. However, that’s not going to work for the links that are given using the wordpress download manager “categories” widget. These are not a standard page, it’s an archive page created by the plug in I believe.
