Hi Humayon,

I have purchased and updated the WPDM Form Lock plugin. I also made sure the other related plugins like WP Download Manager, WPForms, WPForms Zapier, WPForms Form Abandonment, WPForms Mailchimp, WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks are also updated to the latest versions.

The issue is still not resolved.

Please investigate the issue and let me know how we can fix this.

Thanks for your suggestions.
I tried switching the theme and deactivating/ activating the plugins but it didn’t fix anything. We are still not getting emails from the download manager plugin.

Can you please share your email where I can provide you with login credentials so you can take a look.
