I don’t know how to edit the dashboard.php.
And from that link you supplied, basically any updates I do on any PHP in the code will be overwritten on any future updates.

So you really don’t have a solution for me.

Not sure why you marked this as resolved.

It isn’t.

Changing the CSS made it worse. There was a lot of the user dashboards parts missing.

See attached on missing items.

There were a few more things that need to change.

1) AVATOR profile image placeholder needs to removed, there is nowhere someone can upload one in their dashboard. It is pointless.
2) When customers buy credit package, it doesn’t show up under their “Purchases” in the dashboard. Why? Is that for only products that were purchased from dollar price on product and purchased that way? If so, I need that removed too. All my products are ONLY credit based, not money.

Download History Section

1) Where do I change the words on the header of that table? I don’t want them called “Package Name”
2) The “Download Time” isn’t accurately reporting day and time. And it is 24hour time instead of 12 hour time. I don’t need IP field either.
3) Is it only last 5 downloads? Can it be all download history?

Your method is the exact opposite of what I needed.

Just to be sure, I followed your steps and it doesn’t work.

1) It created a “Add to Cart” button with a price on it.
2) In the settings for Premium Package for payment type, I can’t just have the whole site with Pay with Site Balance. How do people buy the credit packages if that is the case? And to be sure, I took PayPal off and left ONLY Pay with Site Balance and it goes to a cart and checkout page with the product STILL WITH A DOLLAR AMOUNT INSTEAD OF CREDITS and only with a payment selected as Pay with Sit Balance.

I really don’t understand why you suggested something that you haven’t even tried side first. Or you absolutely don’t get what I am explaining or asking here.

I have tried to explain and re-explain and you just don’t get it.

Is there any way I can request a different person to help me here?

There is no link to share.

It is EVERY product on the site.

Very simple. I will explain again and hopefully you understand.

All products have credit lock in place with a specific amount of credits per product.
Customer buys credits from credit package. They use these credits to buy products.

Customer sees product they want. They click download. There is a popup that says “Please support us, use one of the buttons below to unlock the download link.” There is a button on the bottom of that popup window that says Pay X Credits (X = number of credits).

I don’t want to have the customer to have the popup. They ALREADY know the product costs X amount of credits and are ready to just download. I need the download button to automatically take out the credits in their balance and download the product. Which is the same function as the popup button.

Ok. Well, I believe I discovered a bug in your Elementor Addons. I used the Elementor Widget for the user dashboard and then it gave the 404 errors when navigating it.

The shortcode works just fine.

I do have questions however on how to edit the elements of the account page. I did create a separate topic but no one has replied to it.
Can you please review it and respond to that ticket please?

No I did not modify anything. I was only going through the settings on the admin dashboard.
I can’t recall what I was adjusting but every time I did I would undo it after I see it didn’t effect anything.

Ok. So maybe a year from now before they update the core files to get rid of the decimal in the credits…
Not the first time I have hear, let me tell the developers and they will update. And no update for a long long time.

I am surprised that this add-on being nearly 10 years old and NO ONE has either questioned it or considered it being an invalid part of the process.

The logic.

You are selling credits by whole numbers… 1, 2, 3, 4, etc….
NOT by decimals…. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc….

WHY would the developers think to keep decimals in?

Yes, it shows with the “.00” for no reason.

I don’t see how you don’t understand what I am asking.
I will try again to explain.

1) I have video products that I sell.
2) Nobody will see that video until they download it.
3) I have a SEPARATE shorter, preview video file that I DO want my customers to see as a demo of the product.

I have found ZERO ways to get this accomplished when creating a package.

There is no documentation on how to get this to work at all on your website, and before you ask, YES, I did look everywhere on your website including the support forums.

I could have done that. I did do that as a test.

I was asking WHY that is happening and if in the future I decide to use ANY social media for my products it will now interfere with the other part.

That doesn’t work.
That template you suggested is for a video file that is the product…

I don’t believe you understand what I was asking.

I have a SEPARATE video file for a preview for a product.
I need a video player for the product/package and have it use a URL for that video to play it.
