Ahh ok, normal registered users are only shown in the standard user table of WordPress, I see. Thanks, I misunderstood this feature.
My license is activated! Expiration Date 5. October 2024. As written in Settings>License in WordPress Admin Backend and in your website.
Thanks, but why is it not working automatically? I use a WordPress Management Console and don´t want to update plugins manually in all customer wordpress admin accounts.
Thanks a lot, very good, working!
Thanks, is there another way to do it?
I don´t want to download add-ons and install it again, if they were installed before and disappear after updates, which was the case in here !? This is to my mind extremely inconvenient, because I have to remember all installed items and the user is confused and is asking me, where are the menu items to edit his downloads.
I found it, just delete the free version, install the new an type in the license in settings, perfect, works! Thanks!
I didn´t know that and it isn´t mentioned anywhere? I bought now Download Manager Pro. Tried to install it but it says that a folder exists with this contents. May I not upgrade easily with just installing Download Manager Pro? I set up already a lot of things, so how can I upgrade to Download Manager Pro from free version?
Additionally there are the following errors:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
https://domain-name.com/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-filemanager/assets/jGrowl/jquery.jgrowl.map
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I will prepare an account for WP and FTP and send it in private reply later…
Thanks!

I purchased File Manager for a customer and need it urgently, installed it and it isn´t working as mentioned. Why I cannot create folders and upload files etc. (tested in Chrome, Firefox and Safari on Mac)? I could not find any documentation about this plugin and there is no description how to get it go. As I paid for this plugin I thought it is working out-of-the-box.
