Everything is now connected, and downloads working. However, there is another issue that comes up. When I go to pay for a single download, the credit card transaction goes through smoothly. But then the user is taken to a page that shows the order id, and a blank email address. When I type in the email address, I get the following error message:
Session was expired. Please try again
How do I get around this error, and why does the user see this screen at all? How do they get to the page where they can actually download the PDF they just paid for?
Is it possible that this problem has to do with the site root setting? I have refreshed it and the problem with a “file not found” text file being downloaded rather than the PDF file I want. Please let me know what I can try next.
I have reinstalled the plugin, and can now configure and save the same for the Stripe plugin. However, I still get a file not found error whenever I try to download a PDF.

Get Download link expired error if logged out, buy PDF, then try to download it. If I disable premium packages plugin I can download without error. But obviously, with that plugin disabled, I can no longer buy the product.
I can get around the error if I disable the premium packages plugin
Still also getting an error “Download link is expired. Please get new download link.” when I buy the PDF and try to download it. This happens if I hit the package immediately from the website or through the email link.
If I disable the PDF plugin, everything works. With it enabled and I’m logged in the following 500 error is logged:

I think that is the “only” problem left.
Fixed (sort of) the issue with the [wpdm-pp-guest-orders]. It appears that this has been changed to [wpdmpp-guest-orders]
Now the user gets “Download link is expired. Please get new download link.” This happens either from the redirect as well as from the email verification:

The add on options are now there. However now DM reports a 500 error.

Would you please give me an update on this? At this point we are taking orders and our downloads are going out without the use of PDF Stamper, as we are taking orders from Mac users using Safari. We want to protect our intellectual property with the watermark since it is important that our PDFs have our copyright information embedded with the user’s name.

The LogoURL problem is indeed fixed.
Safari works as expected without the PDF stamper. We count on the PDF Stamper though for protection from abuse, so for now I’ve turned it back on. Please let me know when you have a fix for it, as this is an important part of our business. Thank you for all of your support.
Just tried it on my PC, and Chrome and Edge work perfectly. Safari on the other hand does not work. I still get the logourl error on all 3 pc browsers, and Safari doesn’t bring up the purchases page at all (see attached). After purchasing the pdf, the purchases page only comes up with the word “success” (see attached).
