I decided to delete the plugin, at least until a solution is proposed.
It has been 10 days now.

Using SFTP I note that deletion of this plugin is incomplete, debris has been left behind in my folders.
Perhaps this may be one of the reasons that the Pro upgrade did not work after the free version was deleted.

There is clearly some conflict between versions.
I can not see how I can use either version until the problems are properly resolved.
I perhaps should be asking for a refund. Can you do this?

The free version did just about what I wanted, so I subscribed to Pro – in part to pay for what I was using.
The move from free 3.2.18 to Pro 6.0.8 seems to be the cause of the problems and the cause of the disappearing plug-in.

The 2 packages seem to be incompatible with one another & certainly caused me great confusion.

I upgraded to 6.0.8 but it has a number of pages in which the layout seems all wrong.
And I still can’t get a download to work from the website.

examples:
Import Export
Subscribers
Add Ons
Asset Manager – unresponsive – odd layout
Settings page – content obscured by a menu in a big box with small text

It’s a bit of a car crash isn’t it!
Why 2 versions so far apart that are not in any way compatible!
What you are saying is that the demo is not representative of the latest version.
It is all just a mess.

I deactivated & then deleted 3.2.18 and installed 6.0.8

Looks like some CSS incompatibilities
Can not upload from Server – screen freeze
Actually even less working now than before.

You need to get your versions sorted out.
I am not sure whether I can continue wasting time with this!

It seems that I can not remove it first as you suggest, because it has just disappeared from the PlugIn list altogether.

But on attempting to reinstall, the process fails because an older folder is reported as still existing.

If I have to remove this folder how can I do it safely?
What about snips of code that may still remain?
What about the database entries?
