3) I know that, in fact I did install a role editor plug in, the problem here is not to create roles, but to assign them in bulk to all of the packages. Above you mentioned “no such ready way there, but we can help you there”, how can you help me?

1) Got it.
2) You wrote “you will see blocked sign after login if loggedin use don’t have access to that download”.
So basically you are saying that when a user IS logged in, it’s an expected behavior to see those blocked signs?
The problem here is that the behavior we are experiencing is as follows:
– When there is no user logged in, by default, we see those block signs (see here http://www.rivisionfacilitation.org/documents/)
– When a user is logged in, the documents with block sign disappear and user only sees what he should see, which is the expected behavior. (you can use usr:tester, psw:tester)
The only thing we need is basically to get rid of those documents with the block sign.

3)We need to add Administrator and Administrator-Executive roles to all documents.
