Hi, I have tried clicking the ‘Email’ button from this page http://www.pontefractandcastleford.co.uk/2-for-1-at-xplore-soft-play-area-xscape/ and it is definitely not working? The script seems to do nothing, it doesn’t say ‘Processing’ or ‘Email Sent’ like it does on other installations?
Please can you check it.
Hi apologies this was a separate issue, the database has now been repaired.
The email functionality still isn’t working, we don’t receive emails with download links.

I would like the user to either email, or download without having to setup two packages (one with email lock, and one without).

Hi, sorry the Subscribers list still isn’t being populated and is still empty!
Could this be a permissions issue?
Hi the download seems to be working now thank you, however when the download is emailed, the email is blank with no attachment?
Also, the Subscribers list isn’t been populated?
I’ve managed to solve this by disabling Bootstrap CSS, however now when I add the email address nothing happens? also the formatting of the page is awful?
Any help would be appreciated?
