Hi Shaon,

Is there anyway to have categories come over automatically? We have over 300 packages and I’m still not seeing the attached files within my packages? Am I missing something?

When you access the backend – do you see the files?

Let me know,
Thanks!

Thanks, Shaon. Unfortunately the packages are not associated with files. What is our next step? Do we need to manually add back the files to packages? We currently have about 375 packages.

Hi Shaon,

Thanks for taking a look. I see the interface now looks normal, but I am still not seeing the files within each package? I tried creating a new package and it seems to work properly, but no previous packages have the proper files loaded.

Can you have another look and see what the issue is?
Thanks!

I am having the same problem as above and I am assuming it’s because we moved the site to a new server and url. How can I get the thumbnails working again?

Thanks,
Amanda

That email keeps bouncing back, so does wordpress@wpdonwloadmanager.com.

Hello again,
I seem to be having a problem with the files not downloading properly. I bulk uploaded them from a folder on my server and when I download them on them and try to open I get this error.
“Acrobat could not open ‘tips_road_to_zero.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).
To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF. ”

Thank you.
