Yes, I have that option selected. I have Ask for visitor’s name checkbox selected and then the Download Instantly radio selected under the Email Lock tab.

It was working before and suddenly stopped, which is odd.

Ok, thank you!

But, if it takes the setting from there, why is it cutting off the “r” at the end?

Those are my saved settings that I attached in the screenshot last reply.

Sorry Shoan,

On second thoughts; granting admin access to the back-end of my website to third party support does not sit well with me from a security point of view. Please arrange a webex with Naomi Niles (naomi@shiftfwd.com) and guide her through the back-end as per your needs.

Can you provide me with an email address that I can assign to the temp account? Also, what is the minimum level of access you require?
