Hi Shon

I guess you didn’t get my requirement
I want to have a filter/ sorting in the categories
Eg: sorting by new, Popular, etc

Please check the link which will give you a much more understanding

check the top right side sorting function, Can we archive the same in WPDM ?

Hi Thanks for the replay

Can you please let me know how much time and charge the below one will take coz those are the important one for me
also let me know how should i do the payment

Requirement
1) Need to have two limit to the user roles
Eg : like daily download limit as 25, and monthly download limit as 250

2) One WPDM specific category should be excluded in download limit
Eg: I have both premium and free downloads, the free category download should not reflect in the download limit.

i cant also change the reset limit, the new limit is not getting saved
and none of the settings is getting updated

Hi Shon

i wrote a custom short code in theme functions.php

eg : function lorem_function() {
return ‘something here.’;
}
add_shortcode(‘lorem’, ‘lorem_function’);

This code is working perfectly in my post, page etc, but it not working in the single-wpdmpro.php
is there something which i am doing wrong Please guide me

Also when i create a custom short code for word-press its not working in WPDM, its working everywhere other than wpdm page,
is there anything which i need to do for this to work in the wpdm page.

I have updated the premium package plugin
Still the customer name and email id is showing empty in the admin order page and also the sales report

Can you please check this so that i can start selling stuffs

This is great almost what i needed

Needed two more things can you please tell me how to do this
1) Can we capture the guest user name and email id in the order page, right now its showing empty
2) what is the shortcode to add the download link in the email template

I dont want users to register as i have a membership running in my website

Can we create a order page for the guest checkout people, as a purchase confirmation.
Please check the attached process image which i am looking for

I tried the guest chekout as a guest visitor but after the payment guest order page ( [wpdm-pp-guest-orders] ) I can only see a form in which I need to enter the order id and order email. But after putting the details it shows the download is locked.

For me I am asking can we create a page for the visitor (guest user) after payment redirect to a page whcih will give the oreder details which has a download button which will downloads the file. (It can be the scrrenshot which I have shared before)

I hope you have understood my requirement

i have tried the guest checkout but it takes me to a page where you have to enter your Order ID: and Order Email:
instead can we take the non register users to a page called purchase confirmation and show the order details ( PFA the attachment for the reference).
I don’t want users to register on the website to purchase.

Can we place a download link url [download_Link] in the email template ( wpdm-premium-packages templates email-templates)
so that guest user can download it from there mail itself

If this can be done im done with my website.
