I have done the whole transfer to a CSV file with the same format as the downloaded one and it still doesn’t work. I don’t see any logs of the bug either, what can I do?

I don’t get it. The CSV that I download and try to import I have downloaded from your own program with the PRO version. Why don’t you use the same version of CSV for exporting and importing? I don’t see any sense

Is there a log where I can see what is going wrong? I’m sure that would solve a lot of problems
